Each session is one hour long, but you’re welcome to book multiple slots if you’d like more time with the pups!

No, we do not have restroom facilities available at Big City Dog. We kindly ask our customers to plan ahead and make necessary arrangements before visiting. Thank you for your understanding!

Absolutely! Pup Love is family-friendly and a great experience for dog lovers of all ages. We do ask that children are supervised at all times to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone.

Of course! We encourage you to capture memories during your session. Just remember to tag us on social media if you share your experience!

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded.

If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your session time may be shortened to stay on schedule with other bookings.

When booking for multiple people, simply click on "Book More Services" in your Basket after selecting your first slot. You can then add additional people to your session.

Yes, children need to pay the standard £15 per hour, but it's free for kids under 3 years old.
